These Terms of Service govern your use of What is your name? (https://www.whatisyourname.net, hereinafter "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

Article 1 — Purpose

The Service analyzes photos uploaded by users using AI and recommends names suitable for people, animals, and objects. The Service is provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial use.

Article 2 — Use of Service

• The Service is available to anyone without registration.
• Photos uploaded for analysis are deleted immediately after AI processing and are never stored on our servers.
• The Service may be temporarily suspended without prior notice for maintenance or operational reasons.
• The operator may modify or discontinue the Service with reasonable prior notice.

Article 3 — User Obligations

Users must not:

• Upload photos that infringe on others' rights (portrait rights, copyrights, etc.)
• Upload illegal or obscene content
• Send spam or automated requests to the Service
• Interfere with the normal operation of the Service
• Use the Service for unauthorized commercial purposes

Article 4 — Intellectual Property

All content within the Service, including UI, design, text, and software, is owned by the operator. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is prohibited.

Copyright and portrait rights of photos uploaded by users remain with the user. By uploading a photo, you confirm that you have the lawful right to do so.

Article 5 — Nature of AI-Generated Results

Name recommendations generated by the Service are AI-produced suggestions for reference only and do not constitute legal, medical, or professional advice.

The operator makes no warranty regarding the accuracy, suitability, or completeness of AI-generated results. Responsibility for how results are used lies with the user.

Article 6 — Disclaimer

• The operator is not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure, server failures, or network errors.
• The operator is not responsible for any damages arising from information obtained through use of the Service.
• The operator does not intervene in disputes between users or between a user and a third party.

Article 7 — Advertising

The Service may display advertisements via Google AdSense to cover operational costs. Ad content is determined by Google, and the operator is not responsible for the content of such advertisements.

Article 8 — Changes to Terms

The operator may update these Terms as needed. Changes take effect upon notice within the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Article 9 — Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising from use of the Service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Korea.
